Our Lead Pastor

Paul Thomas is the Lead Pastor of Evangel Church. Paul has been on the team at Evangel Church since 2003 and has been the Lead Pastor since 2013. He not only serves as Lead Pastor of Evangel Church but is also the Assistant Superintendant for the Assemblies of God in Georgia.

Paul is married to Pam Thomas and they have been married for 30+ years. Pam has also been in full-time ministry since 2013 and leads the Ladies Ministry at Evangel Church. They have two children, Amanda & Jarred, as well as two grandsons, Benny & Owen. Both Paul and Pam have a huge heart for Evangel Church and the people of our city.
